Cool Partners ApS can provide complete design of refrigeration systems, or design of special parts of systems due to customer needs and wishes.

Support and assistance is given to design engineers for example in the following areas: selection of type and sizing of valves, choice of refrigeration systems and method, pipe and valve systems, defrosting systems, oil return systems, choice of oil type, etc.
 

Cool Partners ApS has special knowledge in some special application areas such as:

  • Automatic oil return system for ammonia systems, with purification of the oil from both water and dirt.

  • Special efficient oil return systems for synthetic refrigerant on both DX and flooded systems.

  • Water removal from ammonia systems.

  • Plate freezer systems with increased efficiency for both freezing and defrost.

  • Very efficient and power saving defrost systems for large evaporators.
Calculation of risers for lift of liquid and / or oil in vertical pipes.Autocad drawings and piping diagrams can be provided of systems designed by Cool Partners ApS or by customers.

Drawings are made for a very favourable payment by the hour.
